Ian established Effectiveness through Awareness as an independent Organisation Development consultancy in 1994 after careers in education, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

He is a licensed practitioner for MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), FIRO (Fundamentals of Interpersonal Relationships Orientation), Elements of Awareness Situational Leadership, EQ-i (Emotional Quotient Inventory), Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats.

Steve Westall - Co-Founder of Pansophix

Before joining Business Metrics as Managing Director in April 2001, Steve's career was with British Telecom. Rapidly rising from Head of Commercial Finance with BT Group Finance (Marketing) he soon became Financial Controller.

Steve held the position of Head of Business Planning with BT Govt. (Business Management) prior to his post at Business Metrics.

Sue McCauley -USP Business Development.

Sue's multinational experience has spanned Operations, Programme Management, Marketing & Business Development across Industry & public sector organisations. Since launching USP in 2002, she has worked with global businesses to develop high performance teams that raise the bar and stretch individual capability. She brings drive, enthusiasm and a breadth of business acumen to inform strategic planning and build key relationships and service excellence.
